The 20 minute challenge

So, yesterday being July 20th was the Running Room's 20 minute challenge. All you had to do to participate was sign up on the internet for a free cap and then show up. So, I did that. And I got in a nice 50 min. walk alongside the Canal in Ottawa. Beautiful evening to be out taking a walk. I didn't have anybody to talk to, as I got there a bit late but c'est la vie, had my music.

So, Monday, yes, got to the gym and did a 30 min. walk on the treadmill, then all my leg exercises. Tuesday, again to the gym, did 20 mins on the elliptical trainer. So, my exercise is going well for this week. I do feel slimmer already. Eating well, and not too much junk, if any at all. I'm proud of myself this week.
